Infologic provides Business Process Re-engineering and related Information Technologies (IT) services and methodologies, with concentration on the innovation management practices. Our customers include public and private organizations. Our services and methodologies include:

Innovation Management Model - The Innovation Management science-based practices are the missing link between the innovation hype and reality. Infologic has developed an Innovation Management model (iModel™) and associated metrics & methodologies which will assist organizations to implement the science-based Innovation Management practices. This model addresses Innovations into Product, Process and Execution (e.g.: new & improved business models and strategies). This model was published at the 2nd Department of Defense Technology Maturity Conference.

Technology Maturity and Transition - Infologic’s TechIP™ (Technology & Innovation Planning) methodology is designed to develop and implement the technology insertion and integration plans. TechIP incorporates (a) DoD/FAR 5000.2 mandated technology insertion requirements, (b) DoD/NASA Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) and the Manufacturing Readiness Levels (MRLs), (c) Industry best practices, such as Technology Hype Cycle and Innovation Cash curve, and (d) GAO recommended Knowledge-based technology maturity analysis approach to address the cost overruns and program schedule delays of the DOD and NASA programs. This methodology was published at the 24th Army Science Conference, and a Department of Defense/Industry roundtable on Systems Maturity Analysis.

Open Innovation, Technology Scan & Evaluation - Infologic has developed a methodology to integrate external and internally developed technologies into the Acquisition Programs. Infologic’s InnovaTE™ (Innovative Technology Environment) four-stage methodology allows an organization to select, evaluate and insert emerging technologies and Intellectual Property (IP) into their programs. This methodology was published at a Management Roundtable seminar on the Emerging Technology Management.
